DRYER BLOWER DOES NOT TURN ON -- Continued

17. Check wiring and connections between overload relay and dryer blower motor.
Are connections OK?
YES Replace dryer blower motor (WP 0130 00).
NO Repair as necessary.
18. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
19. Check wiring and connection between dryer blower contactor terminal (A1) and SSR PCB3.
Is connection OK?
YES Go to step 20.
NO Repair as necessary.
20. Check wiring and connection between dryer blower contactor terminal (A2) and dryer blower overload relay
terminal (95).
Is connection OK?
YES Go to step 21.
NO Repair as necessary.
21. Check wiring and connection between dryer blower overload relay terminal (96) and TB2 terminal (N).
Is connection OK?
YES Replace overload relay (WP 0248 00).
NO Repair as necessary.
22. Use maintenance menu to turn on other dryer blower. Observe blower operation.
Does dryer blower come on?
YES Check wire connections from 10 HP inverter to suspect dryer blower contactor.
NO Go to step 23.
23. Check for >200 VAC across CB2 input terminals (L1 and L2), (L1 and L3), and (L2 and L3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 24.
NO Check wire connections between CB2 and TB1. Repair as necessary.
24. Check for >200 VAC across CB2 output terminals (T1 and T2), (T1 and T3), and (T2 and T3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 25.
NO Replace CB2 (WP 0218 00).
25. Remove cover from 10 HP inverter.
26. Check for >200 VAC across 10 HP inverter input terminals (L1 and L2), (L1 and L3), and (L2 and L3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 27.
NO Check wire connections between CB2 and 10 HP inverter. Repair as necessary.
