Method of 7neasuring. Lay out garment on a flat surface so that creases and wrinkles will not affect the measurement.

1/2 waist-The waist shall be measured between outside edges of waistband when the garment is buttoned.

Inseams-The inseams shall be measured along the inside seam, from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

seat-The seat shall be measured across the garment at the fullest part between the crotch and the waistband.
