9. Check blower fan for debris (WP 0111 00).
Is blower fan clean?
YES Go to step 10.
NO Clean blower fan. Return to normal operation.
10. Check security of fan on blower motor shaft.
Is fan properly secured to blower motor shaft?
YES Go to step 11.
NO Repair as necessary.
11. Open door on heater control enclosure.
12. Remove cover from air outlet pressure switch PS301.
13. Position SW1 then SW2 to ON.
14. Use maintenance menu to test heating system. When burner blower comes on check for >100 VAC
between PS301 terminal (C) and TB7 terminal (N).
Is >100 VAC present?
YES Go to step 15.
NO Check wire connections between PS301 and call for heat relay (CR300). Repair as
necessary.
15. Use maintenance menu to test heating system. When burner blower comes on check for >100 VAC
between PS300 terminal (NO) and TB7 terminal (N).
Is >100 VAC present?
YES Go to TYPICAL AC INPUT SIGNAL FAULT (WP 0103 00).
NO Replace air outlet pressure switch PS301 (WP 0192 00).
