The LADS also includes a waterrecycle system, heating system, air system, and control system. These systems support the operation of bothwashing/drying systems. The LADS components are mounted on a International Standards Organization (ISO) framewhich can be mounted on a 22--1/2 ton M871 semi--trailer. The LADS uses external electrical power. This power isnormally provided by a 30 kilowatt (kW), MEP--805A Tactical Quiet Generator Set. The LADS can also be operatedwith other field generators or commercial power.
