INSTALLATION
1. Apply pipe thread sealant to threads of new pressure sensor (4).
2. Thread pressure sensor (4) into elbow (5).
3. Connect electrical connector (3) to pressure sensor(4), then secure by tightening screw (2).
4. Wipe any residual thermal fluid with a clean rag.
5. Open isolation valve (1).
6. Access pressure sensor calibration function using maintenance menu (WP 0010 00), then set output of
pressure sensor PT302 to 0 PSIG.
7. Use maintenance menu to test heating system. While heating system is operating visually check for thermal
fluid leaks.
