Chemical Agent Resistance Coating
(CARC) produces toxic fumes when
flame is applied. It is necessary to
remove CARC in area where flame is to
be applied.
REPAIR
Repair consists of ladder rail (1) or the rung extrusion (2) being straightened and/or welded. Refer to TM9-237
Welding Theory and Application.
