Repair. Repair is limited to the replacement of defective components with serviceable ones.
Installation.
(1) Install two box cords (5) in the electrical box (1).
(2) Install electrical box (1) on the button table top. Secure with two wood screws (2).
(3) Connect wiring as tagged.
(4) Install receptacle (3).
(5) Install cover (4).
