Sand the scuffed or marred exterior surfaces and touchup the areas with paint as specified in Section
Ill.
Install a replacement headband by opening all clips on the new band and adjusting it to fit the
individual head size. Install the band in the helmet liner with the buckle at the back and the open clips
up; slip the clips over the fixed suspension band (center the two front clips), and close the clips. Do not
attach the headband to the neckband suspension.
