NOTE
Perform PMCS on individual equipment IAW Table 2-1prior to use

When directed by unit Commander and/or implementing MOPP, don the CPU using the following steps:
(1)
Unpack CPU and perform PMCS IAW Table 2-1. If any damage is present, exchange item for a
new one using designated supply system. Retain containers and packing.
(2)
Remove combat boots and duty uniform trouser and shirt.
