Inspect the baffle plate behind the-inlet pipe every three months. If neglected, a hole in the plate will allow abrasive dust
particles to cut into the Dustubes.
The dust collector housing and ductwork must be protected from physical damage and corrosion. Any sections damaged
sufficiently to interfere with air flow or cause air leakage should be repaired or replaced. Protection against corrosion can
be provided by periodic painting.
The bearings of the shaker device require no further lubrication. The fan and shaker motors should be lubricated in
accordance with plant standards.
