The dress shall be buttoned right over left at upper front closure with the belt threaded through a side opening and
buttoned to the first two buttons. The buttoned dress shall be placed smooth and upon a table and measured as follows:

Cross back width. From armhole seam to armhole seam along bottom edge of yoke.

Back waist length. At center back from collar joining seem to center of seam joining waist to skirt.

Back length. At center back from collar joining seam to bottom of hem.

Half bust. At base of armhole across front, from folded edge to folded edge.

Half waist. At center of set-in waistband across front, from folded edge to folded edge.

Half hip. At a point 9 inches down from center of set-in waistband. across front from folded edge to folded edge.

Front overlap. From front edge of right skirt to front edge of left front skirt, measured (1) at waist. (2) at hip and (3) at bottom of hem.
