Note. The shirt shall be buttoned, placed smooth and flat upon a table and measured as follows:
Bust-From fold on one side at base of armhole across to fold on opposite side. Multiply by two.
Bottom-From fold on one side along bottom edge to fold on opposite side.
Collar-From notch to notch with collar open and flat.
Back Length-From collar seam to bottom edge along center back.
Sleeve Width-From fold on one side along bottom edge of sleeve to opposite side. Multiply by two.
