Candles. The candles (See Figure 2-42) may be used to provide limited warmth and lighting at night. Each
candle is capable of burning for approximately eight hours.
WARNING
To prevent carbon monoxide poisoning provide good ventilation when burning candles.

Dust/Snow Goggles. The dust/snow goggles (See Figure 2-43) are provided to protect the eyes against possible
blindness from sunlight reflecting off snow or desert sand.

Multi-Purpose Survival Tool. The multi-purpose survival tool (See Figure 2-44) has an ax head (1), hollow
handle (2), shovel (3), carrying case (4), hammer head (5), and saw blade (6). The carrying case (4) may be
attached to a belt for convenience.
WARNING
Be careful when using any of the attachment. Wear the flight helmet with the VISOR DOWN to
protect the eyes against any flying debris.
