Installation.
(1)
Refer to figure 2-23 and install the
dryer tumbler assembly.
(2)
Refer to figure 2-22 and install the
limit switch and tumbler door.
(3)
Refer to figure 2-20 and 2-21 and
install the tumbler burner-blower and motor assembly.
(4)
Refer to figure 2-18 and install the
tumbler cylinder motor and bracket.
(5)
Refer to figure 2-19 and install the
exhaust fan and shaft assembly.
(6)
Refer to figure 2-18 and install the air
temperature
control
and
temperature
exhaust
thermometer.
(7)
Install all belts and brackets.
(8)
Refer to figure 2-17 and install the
exhaust motor and mounting plate.
(9)
Refer to figure 2-16 and reconnect the
air lines onto the air supply tank.
(10) Refer to figure 2-15 and install the
gear reducer.
(11) Refer to figure 2-14 and install the
compressor on-off switch.
(12) Refer to figure 2-13 and install the air
compressor and bracket.

Tumbler Control (Durable Press).
a.
Removal.
WARNING
Before entering the tumbler control
assembly, turn OFF electrical power.
(1)
Refer to figure 2-23.1 and remove six
(6) screws securing louvered tumbler control panel to
dryer tumbler, and remove panel.
(2)
Tag and disconnect wiring from the
thermostat to burner solenoid valve located at control
assembly.
(3)
Tag and disconnect wiring from horn
assembly. to tumbler control assembly at wire nut
locations.
(4)
Tag. and disconnect wiring from
tumbler timer to tumbler control assembly at wire nut
locations.
(5)
Disconnect lock nuts at thinwall
conduit elbow and straight connector at tumbler control
assembly.
(6)
Remove mounting hardware, screws,
nuts and lockwashers at tumbler control assembly.
(7)
Remove two (2) insulators from
control box supports and remove tumbler control
assembly from dryer tumbler.

Installation. Assemble tumbler control
assembly in reverse order of disassembly.
