2-4. SERVICE UPON RECEIPT OF MATERIAL.
a.
Inspect laundry unit for damage to surfaces incurred during shipment. If damage is found, report the damage on
an SF 364, Report of Item Discrepancy.
b.
Check the equipment against the packing slip to see if the shipment is complete. Report all discrepancies in
accordance with the instructions in DA PAM 738-750.
c.
Check to see whether the equipment has been modified.
