7. Using maintenance menu attempt to open outlet damper while monitoring LED on solenoid valve SV110.
Does LED come on?
YES Go to step 8.
NO Go to TYPICAL DC OUTPUT SIGNAL FAULT (WP 0106 00) to check operation of SV110.
8. Push in manual operator on SV110.
Does damper open?
YES Replace solenoid valve SV110 (WP 0209 00).
NO Go to step 9.
9. Disconnect tube from port at fixed end of damper air cylinder.
10. Push in manual operator on SV110. Check for air pressure at tube disconnected from air cylinder.
Does air pressure vent from tube?
YES Go to step 11.
NO Go to step 12.
11. Connect tube and disconnect tube from other port on air cylinder.
12. Check for air pressure at tube disconnected from air cylinder while pushing in manual operator on SV110.
Does air pressure vent from tube?
YES Connect tube at air cylinder. Switch tubes connected at solenoid valve SV110.
NO Replace solenoid valve SV110 (WP 0209 00).
13. Check adjustment on flow control valves on air cylinder (WP 0133 00).
Are flow control valves properly adjusted?
YES Replace air cylinder (WP 0132 00).
NO Properly adjust flow control valves.
