Power must be applied at main control
Multimeter (Item 2, WP 0272 00)
enclosure (WP 0010 00).
1. Open door on main control enclosure. Verify SW1 and SW2 are ON.
2. Use maintenance menu control outputs function (WP 0010 00) to test heating system.
3. Wait for heater to come on then check LED corresponding to suspect SSR.
Does LED come on?
YES Go to step 7.
NO Go to step 4.
4. Position SW2 and SW1 to OFF.
5. Check wire connections between heater interlock circuit and SSR PCB3.
Are wire connections OK?
YES Go to step 6.
NO Repair as necessary.
6. Check 5 amp fuse next to suspect SSR for continuity.
Does fuse have continuity?
YES Replace SSR (WP 0236 00).
NO Replace 5 amp fuse (WP 0237 00).
7. Check for > 4 VDC between (--) terminal and both sides of 1 amp fuse on SSR PCB3.
Is >4 VDC present?
YES Go to step 11.
NO Go to step 8.
8. Position SW2 to OFF.
9. Check 1 amp fuse on SSR PCB3 for continuity.
Does fuse have continuity?
YES Go to step 10.
NO Replace fuse (WP 0238 00).
