(4) Replacement of belt tightener.
(a) Remove two nuts (1), two lockwashers (2) and adjusting rod (3).
(b) Remove retaining ring (4), hinge pin (5) and belt tightener (6).
(c) Remove three vibration insulators (7).
(d) Replace with new parts, as required.
(e) Install three vibration insulators (7).
(f)
Install retaining ring (4), hinge pin (5) and belt tightener (6).
(g) Install adjusting rod (3). Secure with two nuts (1) and two lockwashers (2).
