NOTE
Cutter plate requires replacement only if it is cracked, broken,
won’t cut wire, or screw driver tip is damaged and won’t remove
bayonet cap screw.
Inspect cutter assembly (1) for nonfunctioning.
If nonfunctioning, replace.
