4. General
a. Visual Inspection
(1) All gages will be submitted with a valid DA Form 3023. Refer to TB 750-25 for
completing DA Form 3023 for small arm gages.
(2) Inspect the small arm gage for signs of damage as described in (a) through (d)
below. (See figure 1 for examples). If any of these conditions exist the gage must be
submitted for recertification before use.
