Anti-stat
The washer load should be about 2/3 the rated capacity of the washer. The washer should be
stopped during filling and emptying of washer. Before placing in washer, the zipper and snap
fasteners of the uniforms should be closed.
If bleach is required, use at the rate of 2 quarters of 1 percent bleach or 2 oz. of dry bleach (15-16%
available chlorine) per 100 pounds of garments.
If bleach is used, add antichlor, sodium thiosulfate, to the second rinse following the bleach, at the
rate of 1 oz. per 100 pounds of garments.
Dilute the antistatic agent with at least an equal amount of water before adding to the washwheel.
