Power must be applied at main control
Multimeter (Item 2, WP 0272 00)
enclosure (WP 0010 00).
1. Remove flow switch (WP 0229 00).
2. Remove inlet fitting from flow switch and check to see if piston inside switch housing is sticking.
Is piston stuck?
YES Go to step 3.
NO Reinstall inlet fitting to flow switch. Go to TYPICAL DISCRETE INPUT SIGNAL FAULT
(WP 0107 00).
3. Flush inside of switch housing with water to free up piston the reinstall inlet fitting.
4. Install flow switch (WP 0229 00).
5. Position SW1 then SW2 to ON.
6. Use maintenance menu to turn on pump while monitoring operator panel A.
Does another flow switch fault occur?
YES Go to TYPICAL DISCRETE INPUT SIGNAL FAULT (WP 0107 00).
NO Return to normal operation.
