DRUM NO ROTATION -- Continued

7. Use maintenance menu to rotate drum at ”TUMBLE CW”, ”TUMBLE CCW” , ”DISTRB CCW”, ”LO EXT
CCW”, and ”HI EXT CCW. Observe drum rotation.
Does drum rotate at any speed?
YES Go to step 26.
NO Go to step 8.
8. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
9. Open door on inverter enclosure and main control enclosure
10. Check circuit breaker CB3 (drum A) or CB4 (drum B).
Is CB3 or CB4 tripped?
YES Reset CB3 or 4. Go to step 11.
NO Go to step 14.
11. Position SW1 then SW2 to ON.
12. Use maintenance menu to rotate drum at ”TUMBLE CW”. Observe drum rotation.
Does drum rotate?
YES Return to normal operation.
NO Go to step 13.
13. Check circuit breaker CB3 or CB4.
Is CB3 or CB4 tripped?
YES Check for shorted wire or connection between CB3 or CB4, drum inverter, and drum motor.
NO Go to step 14.
14. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
15. Remove belt guard from drum (WP 0117 00).
16. Check drive belt for damage.
Is drive belt broken or damaged?
YES Replace drive belt (WP 0117 00).
NO Go to step 17.
17. Check drive belt tension.
Is drive belt loose?
YES Adjust drive belt tension (WP 0117 00).
NO Reinstall belt guard. Go to step 18.
18. Position SW1 then SW2 to ON.
19. Check for >200 VAC across CB3 or CB4 input terminals (L1 and L2), (L1 and L3), and (L2 and L3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 20.
NO Check wire connections between CB3 or CB4 and TB1. Repair as necessary.
