Power must be applied at main control
Multimeter (Item 2, WP 0272 00)
enclosure (WP 0010 00).
Container, 5--Gallon (Item 3, WP 0272 00)
1. Check supply container.
Is container empty?
YES Replenish anti--foam or detergent supply (TM 10--3510--221--10).
NO Go to step 2.
2. Check pickup tube inserted into supply container.
Is tube inserted far enough into container?
YES Properly insert pickup tube.
NO Go to step 3.
3. Open door on main control enclosure.
4. Check supply tubing and connections for leaks.
Is tubing or connections leaking?
YES Repair as necessary.
NO Go to step 5.
5. Position SW1 then SW2 to ON.
6. Use maintenance menu to turn on suspect pump (WP 0010 00).
Does pump come on?
YES Go to step 7.
NO Go to TYPICAL AC OUTPUT SIGNAL FAULT (WP 0104 00) to check operation of pump.
7. Disconnect supply tube at connection on drum (for detergent) or still (for anti--foam).
8. Place tube in a clean 5--gallon container.
9. Use maintenance menu to turn on pump for about 30 seconds while monitoring container.
Does anti--foam or detergent flow into container?
YES Go to step 14.
NO Go to step 10.
