DOOR LOCK REPLACEMENT -- Continued

INSTALLATION
1. Apply anti--seizing tape to threads of elbows (9).
2. Install elbows (9) into new door lock (2).
3. Thread nut (8) completely onto door lock (2).
4. Thread pin (7) onto door lock (2) and tighten against nut (8).
5. Unless already accomplished, open door (10) as follows:
a. Loosen clamping knob (11) and pivot off of door arm (12).
b. Swing door (10) open.
6. Position door lock (2) on mounting angle (6), then secure with two screws (3), flat washers (4), and nuts (5).
7. Manually extend and retract pin (7). Verify pin slides easily through hole in mounting angle (6). If pin slides
properly proceed to step 9, otherwise continue to step 8.
8. Loosen two screws (3) then reposition door lock (2) as necessary to ensure pin (7) slides easily through hole in
mounting angle (6).
9. Manually retract pin (7).
10. Close door (10) as follows:
a. Swing door (10) closed. Ensure door is tight against still (13).
b. Pivot clamping knob (11) onto door arm (12) then hand tighten until door arm is approximately 1/8 inch
behind mounting angle (6).
11. Manually retract and extend pin (7) and verify pin does not bind on mounting angle (6) or door arm (12). If pin
slides properly proceed to step 12, otherwise return to step 8.
12. Connect tubes (1) to door lock (2) as tagged.
13. Using maintenance menu to access control outputs and examine inputs functions (WP 0010 00), verify correct
operation of door lock (2) as follows:
a. Extend door lock DN200. Verify pin (7) extends into door arm (12).
b. Retract door lock DN200. Verify pin (7) is clear of door arm (12).
c. Extend and retract door lock DN200 and audibly check for air leaks
