To avoid injuries, two persons are required to perform this procedure. REPLACE Before the pressure tank (1) can be replaced, ensure that the freshwater hose has been disconnected from the freshwater input panel. Set circuit breaker #10 and #28 in power distribution panel #1 to OFF. Connect a garden hose to the hose fitting (2) at the end of the freshwater line (3) and open the gate valves (4) and (5). Also open the freshwater pump drain line gate valve (6). Let the freshwater line drain. Remove Remove the pressure switch as described in work package 0036. Remove the freshwater pump cover as described in work package 0034. To remove the pressure tank (1) disconnect the water line at the union fitting (7) on the bottom of the tank. Remove six hex head screws, lock washers, and flat washers(8) from the angle brackets (9) and inserts on the pressure tank. Remove four self-locking nuts and washers (10) from the wall support bracket (11). Loosen the retainer strap (12) by removing the hex nut, washer and cap screw (13). Remove the support bracket (11) and strap (12) from the tank.
