REPLACE
Replace the Dryer Loading Door Catch Assembly
NOTE
If tools or repair components are not available, the dryer door may be installed to open on
the opposite side. The dryer front must be dropped and the door switch and harness
must be relocated to accomplish this.
1. Open door.
2. Drill out rivets (Figure 2, Item 2) and remove strike (Figure 2, Item 3).
3. Install replacement strike (Figure 2, Item 3), and retain with rivets (Figure 2, Item 2).
