Wood Glue (Appendix F, Item 13)
Sewing machine removed (para. 2-8)
Inspection.
(1)
Inspect for damaged wood.
(2)
Inspect for damaged holddown straps and pulls.
(3)
Inspect for loose or missing hardware.
(4)
Inspect for damaged rubber bumper.
Cleaning.
(1)
Clean the tray assembly with a clean damp rag (Appendix F, Item 2).
(2)
Allow to dry.
Repair. Repair is limited to the following:
(1)
Refinishing of damaged or scuffed tray using coating, clear, polyurethane (Appendix F, Item 10).
(2)
Replacement of the holddown strap as follows:
(a)
Remove two screws (1), loop (2), and holddown strap (3) from tray (4).
(b)
Install holddown strap (3), loop (2) and secure with two screws (1). Repeat for other side.
