not listed or actions listed do not correct a malfunction, notify your supervisor.

MALFUNCTION 1. NO POWER TO PUMP ASSEMBLY.
Is power source off?

Turn on/activate power source.

Is a power cable broken?
YES
If repairable, notify supervisor. Replace per
paragraph 4.5 if necessary.

Notify supervisor
MALFUNCTION 2. NO POWER TO SUPPLY PUMP OR DIAPHRAGM (DRAIN) PUMP.
Is pump switch off?
YES
Place pump switch to the ON position.
NO
Is pump switch defective?
YES
Replace pump switch per paragraph 4.13.
