Materials/Parts:
a. Inspection. Check for damage, or missing parts. Based on the inspection, determine if the top frame assembly can
be repaired or if it must be replaced.
NOTE
Remove only if necessary for repair.
b. Removal. Disassemble shower facility only to the extent necessary for removal of the top frame assembly
NOTE
Repair is limited to replacement of defective, missing, or damaged
components. Disassemble only to the extent necessary to repair the item.
If the item is being replaced, do not disassemble it.
c. Disassembly.
(1) Remove two screws (1), flat washers (2), and hook and pile fastener strips (3).
WARNING
Showe r head manifold assembly will be loose when U-bolts are removed and
must be supported to prevent injury to personnel.
(2) Remove eight self locking nuts (4), flat washers (5), four U-bolts (6), and two pipe brackets (7). Discard
Self-locking nuts.
