Unplug the converter power cord from its 115 VAC receptacle. Disconnect the two 24 VDC
power cables from the front of the converter. Remove the mounting screws, brackets and
converter.
To install an old style (MS0150) converter, first attach the brackets to the converter using the
two screws at each end of the case. If necessary, with another person holding the converter in
position on the mechanical room wall, mark the locations for the mounting screws. Drill four
9/64" holes approximately 3/4" deep, being careful not to drill all the way through the wall.
Attach the converter to the wall with the four mounting screws. Connect the two 24 VDC output
cables and plug the power cord into the designated 115 VAC receptacle. Place the converter
power switch in the ON position.
To install a new style (MS0160) converter, place the mounting brackets at each end of the
handle (see Figure 4). If necessary, with another person holding the converter and brackets in
position on the mechanical room wall, mark the locations for the mounting screws. Drill four
9/64" holes approximately 3/4" deep, being careful not to drill all the way through the wall.
Attach the converter to the wall using the brackets and four mounting screws. Connect the two
24 VDC output cables and plug the power cord into the designated 115 VAC receptacle. Place
the converter power switch in the ON position.
