H. Disconnect Electrical Power Source
WARNING
Master power must be shutoff before disconnecting LADS power cable. Be careful
not to contact high--voltage connections. Whenever possible, keep one hand away
from the equipment to reduce the hazard of current flowing through vital organs of the
body. Failure to follow this warning may result in personnel injury or death.
1. Determine what power source was used to operate LADS. If the MEP--805A generator was used proceed to
step 3, otherwise continue to step 2.
2. Disconnect power cable (1) at junction box (2).
3. Disconnect grounding wire (3) from grounding rod (4).
4. Pull grounding rod (4) out of ground.
5. Roll up grounding wire (3) and stow on floor of M871 semi--trailer.
