28. Check for > 20 VDC across drum inverter terminals (CM and FWD).
Is > 20 VDC present?
YES Go to step 29.
NO Replace drum inverter (WP 0245 00).
29. Check for > 20 VDC across drum inverter terminals (CM and REV).
Is > 20 VDC present?
YES Go to step 30.
NO Replace drum inverter (WP 0245 00).
30. Check for > 20 VDC across the following SSR PCB4 terminals:
DRUM A
DRUM B
33 and 34
17 and 18
35 and 36
19 and 20
37 and 38
21 and 22
39 and 40
23 and 24
41 and 42
25 and 26
43 and 44
27 and 28
45 and 46
29 and 30
Is > 20 VDC present across all terminals?
YES Go to step 31.
NO Check wire connections between drum inverter and SSR PCB4.
31. Use maintenance menu to rotate drum at ”TUMBLE CW”, ”TUMBLE CCW” , ”DISTRB CCW”, ”LO EXT
CCW”, and ”HI EXT CCW while checking for 0.1 to 1.0 VDC across SSR PCB4 terminals listed in step 30.
Is 0.1 to 1.0 VDC present across all terminals?
YES Replace drum inverter (WP 0245 00).
NO Go to step 32.
32. Position SW2 to OFF.
33. Check 5 amp fuse next to any SSR that did not have 0.1 to 1.0 VDC in step 29 for continuity.
Does fuse have continuity?
YES Replace SSR (WP 0236 00).
NO Replace fuse (WP 0237 00).
