9. Check circuit breaker CB2.
Is CB2 tripped?
YES Check for shorted wire or connection between CB2, 10 HP inverter, dryer blower contactor, and
dryer blower.
NO Go to step 10.
10. Use maintenance menu turn on dryer blower while monitoring corresponding LED on SSR PCB3.
Does LED come on?
YES Go to step 11.
NO Go to TYPICAL AC OUTPUT SIGNAL FAULT (WP 0104 00).
11. Use maintenance menu turn on dryer blower while checking for >100 VAC between output terminal on SSR
PCB3 and TB1 terminal (N).
Is >100 VAC present?
YES Go to step 12.
NO Go to TYPICAL AC OUTPUT SIGNAL FAULT (WP 0104 00).
12. Use maintenance menu turn on dryer blower while checking for >100 VAC between dryer blower contactor
terminals (A1) and (A2).
Is >100 VAC present?
YES Go to step 13.
NO Go to step 18.
13. Use maintenance menu to turn on dryer blower then check for >200 VAC across dryer blower contactor
input terminals (L1 and L2), (L1 and L3), and (L2 and L3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 14.
NO Go to step 22.
14. Use maintenance menu to turn on dryer blower then check for >200 VAC across dryer blower contactor
output terminals (T1 and T2), (T1 and T3), and (T2 and T3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 15.
NO Replace dryer blower contactor (WP 0247 00).
15. Use maintenance menu to turn on dryer blower then check for >200 VAC across dryer blower overload relay
output terminals (T1 and T2), (T1 and T3), and (T2 and T3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 16.
NO Replace dryer blower overload relay (WP 0248 00).
16. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
