27. Use maintenance menu turn on dryer blower while monitoring LED 7 on SSR PCB4.
Does LED come on?
YES Go to step 28.
NO Go to TYPICAL DC OUTPUT SIGNAL FAULT (WP 0106 00) to determine why SSR does not turn
on.
28. Use maintenance menu turn off dryer blower.
29. Check for > 20 VDC across 10 HP inverter terminals (CM and FWD).
Is > 20 VDC present?
YES Go to step 30.
NO Replace 10 HP inverter (WP 0245 00).
30. Check for > 20 VDC across SSR PCB4 terminals (15 and 16).
Is > 20 VDC present?
YES Go to step 31.
NO Check wire connections between 10 HP inverter and SSR PCB4.
31. Use maintenance menu to turn on dryer blower while checking for 0.1 to 1.0 VDC across SSR PCB4
terminals (15 and 16).
Is 0.1 to 1.0 VDC present?
YES Replace 10 HP inverter (WP 0245 00).
NO Go to step 32.
32. Position SW2 to OFF.
33. Check 5 amp fuse next to SSR 7 for continuity.
Does fuse have continuity?
YES Replace SSR 7 (WP 0236 00).
NO Replace fuse (WP 0237 00).
