7. Wait about 20 seconds then observe operator panel display.
Does HEATING SYSTEM FAILURE message disappear?
YES Go to step 13.
NO Go to step 8.
8. Press RESET switch on FP300.
9. Observe ALARM indicator on FP300.
Does ALARM indicator turn off?
YES Go to FLAME PROGRAMMER DOES NOT RESET WHEN FP300 RESET SWITCH IS
PRESSED FAULT (WP 0073 00).
NO Replace flame programmer FP300 (WP 0185 00) and display module (WP 0186 00).
10. Observe display on temperature switch (TS300).
Is display on?
YES Go to step 11.
NO Check wires and connections between TB7 and TB2. Repair as necessary.
11. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
12. Check wires and connections between FP300 terminals (L1, and 5) and TB7 and between FP300 terminal
(G) and TB8.
Are connections OK?
YES Replace flame programmer FP300 (WP 0185 00).
NO Repair as necessary.
NOTE
For remainder of this procedure use flame programmer RESET switch to reset any
HEATING SYSTEM FAILURE alarm conditions as necessary.
13. Use maintenance menu to test heating system (WP 0010 00). Observe TF pump operation.
Does TF pump come on?
YES Go to step 14.
NO Go to TF PUMP DOES NOT TURN ON FAULT (WP 0085 00).
NOTE
Flame programmer will only provide voltage to blower contactor for 15 seconds during
purge sequence.
14. Use maintenance menu to test heating system. Observe burner blower operation.
Does burner blower come on?
YES Go to step 15.
NO Go to BURNER BLOWER DOES NOT TURN ON FAULT (WP 0082 00).
15. Remove blower inlet screen.
