16. Use maintenance menu test heating system after burner blower turns on observe pressure reading on fuel
pump pressure gauge (PI300).
Is reading >130 psig?
YES Go to step 17.
NO Go to FUEL SYSTEM WILL NOT PRIME FAULT (WP 0084 00).
17. Use maintenance menu to test heating system after burner blower is on for approximately 10 seconds
observe PILOT indicator on flame programmer (FP300).
Does PILOT indicator come on?
YES Go to step 18.
NO Replace flame programmer FP300 (WP 0185 00).
18. Use maintenance menu to test heating system after burner blower is on for approximately 10 seconds
observe pressure reading on burner pressure gauge (PI301).
Is reading >125 psig?
YES Go to step 29.
NO Go to step 19.
19. Use maintenance menu to test heating system after burner blower is on for approximately 10 seconds
check for >100 VAC across FP300 terminal (8) and TB7 terminal (N).
Is voltage >100 VAC?
YES Go to step 20.
NO Replace flame programmer FP300 (WP 0185 00).
20. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
21. Check wires and connections from FP300, TB7, and TB8 to fuel solenoid valves (FV300 and FV301).
Are connections OK?
YES Go to step 22.
NO Repair as necessary.
22. Loosen fuel tube connection at outlet of FV300.
23. Position SW1 then SW2 to ON.
24. Use maintenance menu to test heating system after burner blower is on for approximately 10 seconds
check fuel pressure at loosened connection.
Is fuel pressure available?
YES Go to step 25.
NO Replace fuel solenoid valve FV300 (WP 0181 00).
25. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
26. Tighten fuel at outlet of FV300. Loosen fuel tube connection at outlet of FV301.
27. Position SW1 then SW2 to ON.
