28. Use maintenance menu to test heating system after burner blower is on for approximately 10 seconds
check fuel pressure at loosened connection.
Is fuel pressure available?
YES Replace burner assembly (WP 0182 00).
NO Replace fuel solenoid valve FV301 (WP 0181 00).
29. Use maintenance menu to test heating system. After PILOT indicator on FP300 comes on check for flame
through sight glass on burner assembly.
Is flame observed?
YES Go to step 39.
NO Go to step 30.
30. Use maintenance menu to test heating system. After PILOT indicator comes on check for > 100 VAC
between FP300 terminal (10) and TB7 terminal (N).
Is >100 VAC present?
YES Go to step 31.
NO Replace flame programmer FP300 (WP 0185 00).
31. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
32. Check ignition wire connections at burner assembly.
Are ignition wires properly connected?
YES Go to step 33.
NO Properly connect ignition wires.
33. Remove cover to ignition transformer.
34. Check wire and connections between FP300 terminal (10) and ignition transformer and between ignition
transformer and TB7 terminal (N).
Are connections OK?
YES Reinstall cover on ignition transformer. Go to step 35.
NO Repair as necessary.
35. Disconnect ignition wires from ignition transformer.
36. Check resistance across output terminals of ignition transformer.
Is resistance > 15K ohms to < 20K ohms?
YES Go to step 37.
NO Replace ignition transformer (WP 0189 00).
37. Disconnect ignition wires from burner assembly.
38. Check continuity of ignition wires.
Do wires have continuity?
YES Replace burner assembly (WP 0182 00).
NO Repair or replace ignition wires.
