Power must be applied at main control
enclosure (WP 0010 00).
1. Check for debris blocking burner blower inlet screen.
Is screen blocked?
YES Remove debris. Return to normal operation.
NO Go to step 2.
2. Remove and inspect inlet screen (TM 10--3510--221--10).
Is screen clean?
YES Go to step 3.
NO Clean and reinstall screen. Return to normal operation.
3. Check adjustment of inlet cover (TM 10--3510--221--10).
Is inlet cover adjusted properly?
YES Go to step 4.
NO Adjust inlet cover as necessary. Return to normal operation.
4. Check exhaust stack for debris.
Is exhaust stack blocked?
YES Remove debris. Return to normal operation.
NO Go to step 5.
5. Check adjustment of fuel pump pressure (WP 0178 00).
Is fuel pressure adjusted properly?
YES Replace burner assembly (WP 0182 00).
NO Adjust fuel pressure.
