NOTE
Flame programmer will only provide voltage to blower contactor for 10 seconds during
purge sequence.
14. Use maintenance menu to test heating system while checking for >100 VAC between flame programmer
(FP300) terminal (4) and TB7 terminal (N).
Is > 100 VAC present?
YES Go to step 15.
NO Go to step 25.
15. Use maintenance menu to test heating system while checking for >100 VAC between burner blower
contactor (MC301) terminals (A1) and (A2).
Is >100 VAC present?
YES Go to step 20.
NO Go to step 16.
16. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
17. Check wiring and connection between MC301 terminal (A1) and FP300 terminal (4).
Is connection OK?
YES Go to step 18.
NO Repair as necessary.
18. Check wiring and connection between MC301 terminal (A2) and OL301 terminal (95).
Is connection OK?
YES Go to step 19.
NO Repair as necessary.
19. Check wiring and connection between OL301 terminal (96) and TB7 terminal (N) and between TB7 terminal
(N) and TB2 terminal (N).
Is connection OK?
YES Replace overload relay (WP 0194 00).
NO Repair as necessary.
20. Use maintenance menu to test heating system while checking for >200 VAC across MC301 input terminals
(L1 and L2), (L1 and L3), and (L2 and L3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 21.
NO Check wire connections between MC301 and TF pump overload relay (OL300). Repair as
necessary.
21. Use maintenance menu to test heating system while checking for >200 VAC across MC301 output terminals
(T1 and T2), (T1 and T3), and (T2 and T3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 22.
NO Replace burner blower contactor MC301 (WP 0193 00).
