FUEL SYSTEM WILL NOT PRIME -- Continued

8. Lift up on PRIME PUMP switch for 120 seconds to prime fuel system while observing fuel pump pressure
gauge.
After 90 seconds Is reading >130 psig?
YES Return to normal operation.
NO Go to step 9.
9. Use maintenance menu to turn off TF pump.
10. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
11. Remove cover from blower shroud. Check coupling connection between blower motor and fuel pump.
Is coupling connection OK?
YES Reinstall cover on blower shroud. Go to step 12.
NO Repair as necessary.
12. Replace fuel filter (WP 0176 00).
13. Position SW1 then SW2 to ON.
14. Use maintenance menu to turn on TF pump.
15. Push up on PRIME PUMP switch for 120 seconds to prime fuel system while observing fuel pump pressure
gauge.
After 90 seconds is reading >130 psig?
YES Return to normal operation.
NO Go to step 16.
16. Attempt to adjust fuel pump pressure (WP 0178 00).
Can fuel pump pressure be adjusted properly?
YES Return to normal operation.
NO Replace fuel pump (WP 0178 00).
17. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
18. Remove cover from FUEL PRIMING switch junction box.
19. Remove wires connected to FUEL PRIMING switch (SW4).
20. Lift up on PRIME PUMP switch (SW4), then check for continuity across (+) and (--) terminals.
Does continuity exist?
YES Go to step 21.
NO Replace PRIME PUMP switch SW4 (WP 0183 00).
21. Check wire connections between SW4 and burner blower contactor (MC301) and between SW4 and TB7
terminal (H).
Are connections OK?
YES Go to BURNER BLOWER DOES NOT TURN ON FAULT (WP 0082 00).
No Repair as required.
