7. Check POWER indicator on flame programmer.
Is indicator on?
YES Go to step 8.
NO Go to HEATING SYSTEM FAILURE (WP 0072 00).
8. Use maintenance menu to test heating system while monitoring LED3 on SSR PCB3.
Does LED come on?
YES Go to step 9.
NO Go to TYPICAL AC OUTPUT SIGNAL FAULT (WP 0104 00).
9. Use maintenance menu to test heating system while checking for >100 VAC between terminal (6) on SSR
PCB3 and TB1 terminal (N).
Is >100 VAC present?
YES Go to step 10.
NO Go to TYPICAL AC OUTPUT SIGNAL FAULT (WP 0104 00).
10. Use maintenance menu to test heating system while checking for >100 VAC between CR300 terminal (2)
and TB7 terminal (N).
Is >100 VAC present?
YES Go to step 11.
NO Check wire connections between CR300 and SSR PCB3 terminal (6). Repair as
necessary.
11. Check for >100 VAC between terminal (6) on heater control relay (CR300) and TB7 terminal (N).
Is >100 VAC present?
YES Go to step 12.
NO Check wire connections between CR300 and TB7 and between TB7 and TB2. Repair as
necessary.
12. Use maintenance menu to test heating system while checking for >100 VAC between CR300 terminal (8)
and TB7 terminal (N).
Is >100 VAC present?
YES Go to step 13.
NO Replace heater control relay CR300 (WP 0194 00).
13. Use maintenance menu to test heating system while checking for >100 VAC between flame programmer
(FP300) terminal (6) and TB7 terminal (N).
Is > 100 VAC present?
YES Go to step 14.
NO Check wire connections between FP300 and CR300. Repair as necessary.
