8. Check for >200 VAC across CB6 output terminals (T1 and T2), (T1 and T3), and (T2 and T3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 9.
NO Replace CB6 (WP 0218 00).
9. Remove cover from air compressor inverter.
10. Check for >200 VAC across air compressor inverter input terminals (L1 and L2), (L1 and L3), and (L2 and
L3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 11.
NO Check wire connections between CB6 and air compressor inverter. Repair as necessary.
11. Use maintenance menu turn on air compressor.
12. Check for >200 VAC across air compressor inverter output terminals (U and V), (U and W), and (V and W).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 13.
NO Go to step 16.
13. Use maintenance menu turn on air compressor.
14. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
15. Check wires and connections between air compressor inverter and air compressor.
Are wires and connections OK?
YES Replace air compressor (WP 0198 00).
NO Repair as necessary.
16. Use maintenance menu turn on air compressor while monitoring LED 23 on SSR PCB4.
Does LED come on?
YES Go to step 17.
NO Go to TYPICAL DC OUTPUT SIGNAL FAULT (WP 0106 00) to determine why SSR does not
turn on.
17. Use maintenance menu turn off air compressor.
18. Check for > 20 VDC across air compressor inverter terminals (CM and FWD).
Is > 20 VDC present?
YES Replace air compressor inverter (WP 0222 00).
NO Go to step 19.
19. Check for > 20 VDC across SSR PCB4 terminals (47 and 48).
Is > 20 VDC present?
YES Go to step 20.
NO Check wire connections between air compressor inverter and SSR PCB4.
