with power on.

REMOVAL
(1)
Loosen three captive screws (1) and open door (2).
(2)
Support shield (6) and remove four screws (3), lockwashers (4) and flat washers (5).
(3)
Remove shield (6).
b.
REPAIR
Repair consists of replacing the damaged or missing shield.
c.
INSTALLATION
(1)
Position shield (6) on dryer base and secure with four flat washers (5), lockwashers (4) and screws (3).
(2)
Close door (2) and secure with three captive screws (1).
