CONTAINERIZED LATRINE (CL) & CONTAINERIZED LATRINE SYSTEM (CLS)

Inspect equipment for damage incurred during shipment. If the equipment has been damaged, report the
damage on SF 364, Report of Discrepancy.
Check the equipment against the packing list in WP 0005 00 for the CL or WP 0008 00 for the CLS to see
if the shipment is complete. Report all discrepancies in accordance with the instructions of DA PAM 738-
751.
Check to see whether the equipment has been modified.
After equipment has been positioned, check all items requiring service and perform Preventive
Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS).
