7-5. MATERIALS
Materials used In the repair of the food handling garments shall be serviceable materials received from similar salvaged
Items, when authorized, or will be new materials as specified in section 111. New materials will be requisitioned from
stock under the stock numbers and/or item descriptions and shall conform to the appropriate specifications. When not
available from stock, the materials may be purchased locally which conform as closely as possible to the standard
material.
