CONDENSER FAN DOES NOT TURN ON -- Continued

9. Check circuit breaker CB1.
Is CB1 tripped?
YES Reset CB1. Go to step 10.
NO Go to step 13.
10. Position SW1 then SW2 to ON.
11. Use maintenance menu to turn on condenser fan. Observe fan operation.
Does fan come on?
YES Return to normal operation.
NO Go to step 12.
12. Check circuit breaker CB1.
Is CB1 tripped?
YES Check for shorted wire or connection between CB1, 20 HP inverter, condenser fan and TF pump
overload relays, condenser fan, TF pump.
NO Go to step 13.
13. Check for >200 VAC across CB1 input terminals (L1 and L2), (L1 and L3), and (L2 and L3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 14.
NO Check wire connections between CB1 and TB1. Repair as necessary.
14. Check for >200 VAC across CB1 output terminals (T1 and T2), (T1 and T3), and (T2 and T3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 15.
NO Replace CB1 (WP 0218 00).
15. Remove cover from 20 HP inverter.
16. Check for >200 VAC across 20 HP inverter input terminals (L1 and L2), (L1 and L3), and (L2 and L3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 17.
NO Check wire connections between CB1 and 20 HP inverter. Repair as necessary.
17. Use maintenance menu turn on condenser fan while monitoring LED 6 on SSR PCB4.
Does LED come on?
YES Go to step 18.
NO Go to TYPICAL DC OUTPUT SIGNAL FAULT (WP 0106 00) to determine why SSR does not turn
on.
18. Use maintenance menu turn off condenser fan.
