CONDENSER FAN DOES NOT TURN ON -- Continued

19. Check for > 20 VDC across 20 HP inverter terminals (CM and FWD).
Is > 20 VDC present?
YES Go to step 20.
NO Replace 20 HP inverter (WP 0245 00).
20. Check for > 20 VDC across SSR PCB4 terminals (13 and 14).
Is > 20 VDC present?
YES Go to step 21.
NO Check wire connections between 20 HP inverter and SSR PCB4.
21. Use maintenance menu to turn on condenser fan while checking for 0.1 to 1.0 VDC across SSR PCB4
terminals (13 and 14).
Is 0.1 to 1.0 VDC present?
YES Replace 20 HP inverter (WP 0245 00).
NO Go to step 22.
22. Position SW2 to OFF.
23. Check 5 amp fuse next to SSR 6 for continuity.
Does fuse have continuity?
YES Replace SSR 6 (WP 0236 00).
NO Replace fuse (WP 0237 00).
24. Use maintenance menu to turn on condenser fan then check for >200 VAC across condenser fan overload
relay input terminals (L1 and L2), (L1 and L3), and (L2 and L3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 25.
NO Check wire connections between 20 HP inverter and condenser fan overload relay.
25. Use maintenance menu to turn on condenser fan then check for >200 VAC across condenser fan overload
relay output terminals (T1 and T2), (T1 and T3), and (T2 and T3).
Is >200 VAC present?
YES Go to step 26.
NO Replace condenser fan overload relay (WP 0249 00).
26. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
27. Check wiring and connections between overload relay and condenser fan motor.
Are connections OK?
YES Replace condenser fan motor (WP 0263 00).
NO Repair as necessary.
