12. Observe setpoint on temperature switch (TS300) upper display.
Is setpoint 425 degrees F?
YES Go to step 13.
NO Change setpoint on TS300 to 425 degrees F (WP 0190 00). Press RESET key on TS300.
Return to normal operation.
13. Use maintenance to turn on TF pump (WP 0010 00). Allow TF pump to run. Periodically turn off pump and
observe TE300 reading. When reading is 220 degrees F or less proceed to step 14.
14. Observe reading on TS300 lower display.
Is reading within + 5 degrees F of TE300 reading in step 14?
YES Go to TF TEMPERATURE HI FAULT (WP 0079 00).
NO Go to step 15.
15. Position SW2 then SW1 to OFF.
16. Remove cover from air inlet pressure switch (PS300).
17. Position SW1 then SW2 to ON.
18. Press RESET key on TS300.
19. Use maintenance menu to test heating system (WP 0010 00). When burner blower is on check for >100
VAC between TS300 terminal (21) and TB7 terminal (N)
Is >100 VAC present?
YES Go to step 20.
NO Check wire connections between PS300 and TS300. Repair as necessary.
20. Press RESET key on TS300.
21. Use maintenance menu to test heating system. When burner blower comes on check for >100 VAC
between TS300 terminal (20) and TB7 terminal (N).
Is >100 VAC present?
YES Go to Typical AC Input Signal Fault (WP 0103 00).
NO Replace temperature switch TS300 (WP 0190 00).
