REMOVAL
1. Remove two screws (1), then remove cover (2) and gasket (3) from junction box (4).
2. Tag and disconnect wiring at motor (5).
3. Remove conduit nut (6), then pull conduit fitting (7) and wiring out of junction box (4).
4. Mark location of motor (5) on mounting bracket (8).
5. Loosen two clamping knobs (9) then pull outlet guard (10) out of blower duct (11).
6. Remove two screws (12) and nuts (13), then cover plate (14) from blower duct (11).
7. Measure and record distance from end of blower wheel (15) to end of cone (16).
8. Remove four screws (17) and nuts (18), then remove blower guide (19) from blower duct (11).
9. Remove four screws (20), flat washers (21), lock washers (22), and nuts (23) securing motor (5) to mounting
bracket (8).
10. Lift motor (5) with attached blower wheel (15) from blower duct (11) and mounting bracket (8).
11. Measure and record distance from end of tapered bushing (24) to end of motor shaft (25).
12. Remove three screws (26) securing blower wheel (15) to tapered bushing (24).
13. Insert two screws into jacking holes (27) on tapered bushing (24) and jack blower wheel (15) off of tapered
bushing.
14. Remove two screws (26) from jacking holes (27).
15. Remove tapered bushing (24) and key (28) using a bearing puller.
16. Remove blower wheel (15) from motor shaft (25).
